Here is a vegan recipe for an Asian Beef and Egg dish that I made on a Monday afternoon in July, with no preparation or cooking.
It was very easy to cook, and the flavours were amazing.
I love the texture and taste of this dish!
I had a couple of problems though.
First, the egg was a bit bland and it was a tad too dry.
Second, the beef was a little dry, but that was probably because I had overcooked the meat.
Third, the meat was a touch on the salty side, but it was so delicious that I was almost tempted to eat it.
It turned out to be an incredibly good dish!
Here are a couple more vegan dishes I made that I enjoyed.
The first is a veggie burger made with rice noodles, rice, and veggies.
I was so happy with how it turned out!
Here is the second recipe I made, a vegan burger with tofu, tofu, soy sauce, and mushrooms.
The tofu and mushrooms were perfect, and they were a perfect complement to the meaty beef.
I think the only thing that I would change about this recipe is that I used a bit more soy sauce for the mushroom, because I found it to be a little too spicy and tangy.
