The official website of the National Thai Food Festival in Israel, the festival officially opened on Tuesday, attracting nearly 100,000 visitors to the country.
The festival’s official website states that the festival will offer authentic dishes from all over the world.
The website also describes the festival as a chance for the country to experience “the authentic taste of Thailand.”
The festival will be held every year from April to September, and each year, it features a different theme.
Last year, the main theme was food, but the festival also featured music and poetry as well.
In the past, the Festival has hosted culinary events for local and international visitors, including the country’s first Michelin-starred restaurant, Thai restaurant “La Saison,” and a cooking contest for aspiring chefs.
The Festival also hosted the first Thai-themed cook-off in Israel in the 1980s, where contestants competed in dishes from around the world, and the Israeli chefs won awards.
Since it was established in 2012, the National Thailand Food Festival has attracted more than 20,000 participants and a total of 30,000 spectators from across the world including countries like the United States, Italy, France, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Russia, Germany, Australia, Canada, and South Africa.
