If you want to learn how to cook up a vegan kangaroo, it might be easier than you thought.
The popular panda species, which can weigh up to a ton, are not actually known for eating meat.
But they do prefer eating fruit, and for some reason, that’s how penguins get their protein.
The new vegan recipe is a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and a vegan food truck in India, named The Pangolin.
The truck is called The Vegan Penguin.
It offers a vegan recipe for the famous panda, as well as other popular and exotic animals.
In India, they’re known as kangaroos, which means “crocodile,” and are native to South-East Asia.
According to The Vegan, the vegan version is a variation on traditional panda dishes.
The recipe is based on kangaroo stew, which involves a mixture of dried bamboo shoots, coconut milk, and coconut flakes.
The dish is usually served in a bowl with fresh pineapple slices and coconut cream.
The dish is also known as “sambal” or “mango korma” in the local dialect of Bengali, which translates to “rice-based.”
The vegan version has been on the menu at The Vegan for a while, but now it’s coming to a restaurant in India.
The truck serves vegetarian versions of the dish at several Indian restaurants, including Mumbai’s KFC, which also sells a vegan version of the kangara.
