The restaurant, which serves a wide array of Japanese cuisine, will open in Highland Village, Minn.
on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018.
The restaurant will have a seating capacity of 50 and the menu will include everything from sashimi and sushi to chicken and steak.
The location is a few blocks from the new Vikings stadium.
“This location is just a short walk to the new stadium and I know that the community has a lot of interest in the community,” said owner and founder Tomoya Nakamura.
“The restaurant will bring a different level of hospitality to the area, which is something we were looking for.”
A small-scale, family-friendly restaurant has been coming to the Minneapolis area for more than a decade, with its most recent location in Minneapolis’ Eastgate Mall.
The Highland Village location will be a first for the Vikings franchise.
The new location will provide a more traditional dining experience, as well as offering a unique, premium dining experience.
The menu will be made up of Japanese-inspired dishes like sushi and chicken, while the service will be top notch.
The restaurant, located at 495 N. 7th Ave., is expected to open by the end of October.
