Cuisine and food have long been intertwined in India, but this year’s celebrations are taking a new turn.
As food lovers worldwide celebrate the new year with new food trends and tastes, a handful of food and beverage companies have started to capitalize on the hype.
The list includes an entire new generation of Indian cuisines, all of which are coming from the East, with many being created by the likes of the famous chefs, including Anurag Kashyap, Sonam Kapoor and Anuraj Sinha.
A list of Indian cuisine from the latest wave of cuisine craze:Kerala, the Indian state that makes up the majority of the country’s population, has its own cuisine and is also home to the largest Indian community in the world.
It’s home to Kerala Food, an upscale restaurant chain, and the famous KFC, the national chain, that has been selling hot dogs, burgers and other Indian dishes since its inception in the 1970s.
The region is home to many famous restaurants, including the world’s most popular, KFC.
The chain, owned by Indian conglomerate Hindustan Unilever, is home for a whole host of Indian foodstuffs, including dal, chana masala, patties, burgers, biryani and kabobs.
Other notable names include Bajrangi Bhaijaan, a fast-casual chain that has become popular in India.
In addition to its popular hot dogs and burgers, the chain offers a wide variety of Indian dishes like kebabs, curries, fried chicken and curries.
It is also a leader in vegetarian dishes, including rotis, chapatis, samosas, salads, samosa rolls, and more.
The company even launched a “Kerala burger” in 2016, which is essentially a burger with a crispy onion and tomato bun.
Hindustan Unicef, a non-profit organization, launched the first-ever Kerala Burger in 2017.
The burger, which has an Indian burger patty, is priced at Rs. 2,300 ($3.50) for the two-piece, according to The Times of India.
In India, there are dozens of other fast-food and food startups in the state, including Pizza Hut, Burger King and Bajangi Bhajangis.
The popular Indian chain Pizza Hut recently launched a line of “Lamb Choc Chips” in India for people to add to their burgers.
Bajangles, which are the main condiments used in Indian restaurants, are also made by the company.
Bajangies is also available at restaurants across the country, and is the preferred condiment for many restaurants in India because of its popularity, said Gautam Kale, a food writer and writer at food.com.com, an online news portal.
It also comes with a unique taste, said Kale.
In addition to the popular brands, the state has also seen the launch of several new food concepts, including two new chain restaurants, Sangeetha’s and Sangeeta, in Lucknow and Hyderabad.
Sangeeseta, which opened last year in the city, is a fast food joint that has opened in Bengaluru.
In its new location, the company is expanding its menu to include salads, sandwiches and pizzas.
Sangeethas, which took its name from the popular Indian word for mango, offers a variety of salads and sandwiches that are made in-house by Sangeeta’s kitchen staff.
In Bengaluru, the new eatery, which debuted in October 2017, is expanding into the city as well.
Sangethas is now serving mango curries in a range of dishes, from a traditional mango curried chutney to a mango-frozen pakora, which features a coconut-mango curry sauce and a spicy mango currant cream.
The curries also feature mango-pepper relish.
Sangoethas has a restaurant in Mumbai and is set to open another in Bengalururu in 2019.
Sampalaya, the second new restaurant in Bengalure, will be the next of the three Bengaluru restaurants to open, said Ankit Gopalan, director of food marketing at Sangeesh, in an email.
The new venture will serve a variety-packed menu with salads, a biryana sandwich and curried dishes, said Amit Mishra, co-founder of Sampalaya.
Sapalaya is set up in a space that has already been serving Indian food in Mumbai, which had a reputation as a popular hub for Indian cuisine, said Mishra.
“We are aiming to open the second Sampalayan in Bengalore in 2020,” said Mishka.
