Thailand has become a cultural melting pot, with a rich and diverse cuisine that’s also popular among tourists.
The Thai cuisine has been gaining more and more recognition around the world.
So when a restaurant in New York City called Thai Kitchen opened a few years ago, it was a no-brainer for me to get involved.
After being a vegetarian for a few decades, I had come to the realization that I was finally ready to become a vegan.
When I started reading up on the subject, I noticed that many vegan restaurants around the country had gone ahead and started offering vegan meals.
My first thought was, “why not me?”
I’m a very active person who enjoys eating healthy, but I also like to be active in nature.
I’m also interested in the environment.
I started exploring my options in New Zealand and ended up coming back to Thailand after reading about the restaurant’s vegan menu.
The menu was simple and very tasty, with some dishes being more vegetarian than others.
I also enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes, as I am not a fan of seafood.
So when I saw Thai Kitchen’s vegan meals, I knew I had to try them.
They are so simple, so delicious and the portions are huge.
I was very excited to try their signature dish, the fried chicken soup.
The sauce is thick and fragrant, and the flavor is perfect.
I love that the chicken is cooked in the broth and then fried.
The chicken is not cooked in a frying pan, which gives it a more traditional flavor.
It’s also delicious with rice.
Another highlight of the meal was the tofu-based curry.
I had never had tofu curry before, and it was absolutely delicious.
The tofu is mixed with sweet and spicy spices and then simmered in the coconut milk for a creamy texture.
It was a refreshing and unique dish to try.
The food is also delicious at home, and so the only reason I stopped eating meat was because I wanted to eat more vegetarian dishes.
I still love Thai food, and I hope to return again soon to try Thai Kitchen again.
